About Te Rapa Early Education Centre

 The programme is based on planned experiences and is responsive to children’s individual interests and needs.  

Separate Learning Areas (approx ages)
Infants Room: 3 months - 20 months
Toddler Room: 20 months - 3 years
Kindergarten Room: 3 years - School

  • Provides inclusive, high quality early education & care.

  • Teachers work with infants so that routines and a strong sense of belonging is nurtured.

Our qualified staff carefully plan programmes that fulfil the early childhood curriculum. We aim to ensure children are competent, confident and successful learners. Children will learn and develop:

Children work together at mat time to share daily information, stories, songs, movement, drama and waiata.
